What is the BIBOB Act?
The BIBOB Act stands for “Public Administration Probity Screening Act”. It is an administrative law instrument that allows government bodies, such as municipalities, provinces, water boards and ministries, to assess the integrity of holders and/or applicants of permits, subsidies and government contracts.
Our lawyers are completely at home in regulated markets and combine in-depth legal knowledge with a keen eye for your business interests. We provide proactive advice, think strategically, and when necessary, are decisive in the courtroom.
Practical and solution-oriented
We understand that you do not need long legal arguments, but clear solutions and concrete steps. Westhoff Van Namen thinks along with you, communicates clearly and focuses on sustainable solutions – whether it concerns preventing a conflict or litigating up to the judge.
