Operating a gaming arcade is prohibited unless a permit has been issued by the Mayor. The Mayor can only grant this permit if a Municipal ordinance has been established by the City Council.

Operating License (National Government)
To operate gaming machines, you need an Operating License from the Gaming Authority (30h).

Operating License (Municipality)
To operate a Gaming Arcade, you also need an operating license from the Mayor. This license gives the entrepreneur the right to operate the premises and establishment where gaming machines may be placed.
